As our customer base grows, the need for more applicants to handle increased volume has lead SHR to offer a generous referral bonus.
For every referral resulting in a hire, participants can receive $150.00, and there is no limit to how many referral bonuses one can make.
"Revamping the referral program comes as a direct result of the company's continued growth," Principal of SHR Sheedeh Rahimi said. "As it is, SHR has recruited a significantly lower turnover rate compared to industry standards, but increased demands mean more positions to fill. Overall, it's a good predicament to be in."
Payments for referrals are given in three installments. Participants receive $50.00 after the referral completes 30 days of employment with our client, an additional $50.00 after the referral completes 90 days and another $50.00 once the referral hire has worked six months with the company.
